Exploration into the mysteries of life have engaged me from a young age and have driven my quest to understand the deeper process of human evolution.
I have studied and practiced many healing modalities over the last 25 years as part of this enquiry process. This has included working with emotional pain, sexual expression, releasing trauma from the body, developing awareness and expanding consciousness.
I consider my journey into my Self to be a continuous one, as I learn to embody my Soul within this human form and within the larger body of the Earth.
