Iona’s Story
Growing up in Africa, surrounded by both beauty and hardship, shaped my early sensitivity to life — to the ways environments, relationships, and systems shape how we live and express ourselves.
This curiosity led me into academic exploration, seeking to understand these dynamics more deeply — how systems form, how inequality persists, and how change might be created. Yet alongside this, a quieter realisation began to take hold:
that lasting change cannot come through external action alone.
This recognition opened a different path — one of inner exploration — learning to listen more closely, to unlearn inherited patterns, and to come into relationship with a deeper intelligence moving through life.
How this informs my work…
Today, my work is centred on attunement. I guide people back into connection with their own inner knowing — where clarity, direction, and creative expression arise more naturally.
Rather than offering answers or methods, I work through presence and deep listening, sensing what is true, what is out of alignment, and what is ready to emerge. At this level, change tends to happen quietly but fundamentally.
As alignment returns:
- life becomes less forced
- decisions become clearer
- and expression begins to flow from a more authentic place
This work takes form through:
- Integrative Alchemy — a self‑guided elemental journey into returning to wholeness and restoring natural creative flow
- and a small number of private sessions for those called to more direct attunement
At its heart, my work is simple:
To support you in returning to your true nature —
so that what you create, choose, and experience arises from there.
